We’re looking for someone from the team who’s not just hitting numbers, but already thinking bigger.

This role is for someone who naturally steps in, helps others close deals, solves problems on the fly, and doesn’t wait to be asked. If people already come to you when they’re stuck, you’re probably who we’re looking for.

You won’t be stepping away from sales. You’ll still run your own desk, but now you’ll also be responsible for raising the level of the team around you.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

• You’re still closing deals and keeping your own numbers strong
  

• You’re actively involved in your team’s deals - pushing, advising, helping close
  

• You spot problems early (pipeline, activity, mindset) and fix them before they become excuses
  

• You drive activity - calls, follow-ups, urgency - not just for yourself, but across the team
  

• You bring energy to the floor and set the tone
  

• You don’t manage from the sidelines, you’re in it with the team

• You’ve proven you can perform consistently
  

• You already take ownership beyond your own desk
  

• You have experience helping others close deals or improve performance
  

• You’re comfortable stepping in when something is off and figuring it out
  

• You understand how to protect margin and move deals forward under pressure
