Job Description

We are recruiting an Agency Director to lead one of our strategic accounts in the banking/finance sector, with the management of 6 Business Managers.

Your main missions:

• Define and steer the commercial strategy of your business unit.
• Manage the financial performance of the agency.
• Manage and develop the skills of a team of Business Managers.
• Strengthen Meritis' presence on the account (existing referencing), lead high-level negotiations.
• Participate in the recruitment of consultants as well as their follow-up.
• Work in coordination with internal teams (HR, recruitment, sales management).
• Lead the life of the agency and ensure fluid collaboration between on-site teams.

Qualifications

Profile sought

• Proven experience in agency management, commercial management, or Business Unit management in an IT services company (ESN) or consulting firm.
• Knowledge of IT and finance.
• Solid expertise in business development and team management.
• Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-oriented.
