Sales Manager Italy (M/F/X) - Permanent Contract - Milan or Paris
Description
Building on our success in Europe with over 4,000 customers (EY, L’Oréal, LVMH, Alan, Decathlon, Kiabi…), Work With Island is accelerating its expansion. Following our launch in Italy in 2026, we’re looking for a driven sales professional to grow our presence and build a strong ecosystem of clients and partners around our acoustic booths.
Given our geographic footprint and client portfolio, this position is open to candidates based in Milan or Paris. Regular travel between both cities is to be expected, requiring a native or bilingual level of Italian.
Your mission
Reporting to Marie (International Sales Manager), you will join a high-performing international sales squad of 7 people. You will own the development of the Italian market, combining hands-on sales execution with an entrepreneurial approach to growing our local presence.
As a key member of this team, you will:

Grow our Italian partner network: Build relationships with coworking spaces, office furniture distributors, architects and other indirect partners, alongside direct clients.
Account Management & Upsell: Follow up with existing clients, identify opportunities for additional equipment, and work with Operations to ensure a smooth delivery and installation experience. Collect customer feedback, reviews and testimonials.
On-the-ground presence: Travel regularly across Italy to meet clients and partners, develop local relationships and identify new opportunities.
Events & Trade Shows: Take the lead on preparing and attending key Italian industry events, engaging prospects and partners before and during each event to increase visibility and generate opportunities.
CRM, Forecasting & Performance: Keep HubSpot data accurate, manage your pipeline and forecasts, and analyze sales KPIs to improve conversion and guide your market strategy.
