Job Description

Kinetic is working with a leading industrial manufacturing company who are hiring a sales manager to be based in Riyadh or Jeddah.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Salary up to SAR 20,000 per month.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to KSA.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience in preform machines.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth.
• Ability to forge strong long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
