Sales Manager - LAP(Vizag)
Job Summary:**
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager for our LAP (Loan Against Property) division in Vizag. This role will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets, expand market share, and ensure exceptional customer service in the Vizag region.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve LAP sales targets in Vizag.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing regular training and performance feedback.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines for LAP products.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions to maintain high service standards.
* Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of new sales initiatives.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the LAP or housing finance sector.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
