Sales Manager - Loan Against Property

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the financial services sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth in the DSA vertical. As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and ensuring that our loan products are effectively marketed to potential clients. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales officers, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the LAP segment. - Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other stakeholders. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the home loan sector. - Train and support sales team members to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
