- Manage retail outlets
- Drive & exceed individual & store targets
- Source of new opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Lead and supervise frontline staff, conduct briefing sessions on company procedures and policies
- Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff
- Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge
- Assist in daily retail operations
- Desired Skills & Expertise:
- 3-5 years of Mani/pedi Salon experience
- Sales driven & highly motivated
- Team player
- A highly motivated person who is sales-driven & result orientated
- Able to commit retail hours & weekends
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
