Sales Manager (Marine)
The Marine Sales Manager will drive sales opportunities for marine heat exchanger products and services across Singapore and regional markets. This role focuses on building partnerships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore operators, and marine engineering partners by delivering tailored technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors, and pursue growth targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, OEMs, and marine service companies through regular meetings, industry exhibitions, and networking.
Product Promotion & Technical Solutions: Promote marine products and services (including heat exchangers, charge air coolers, oil coolers, condensers, radiators, and repair/refurbishment services) by conducting technical and commercial discussions with clients.
Commercial Operations & Coordination: Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals; coordinate with engineering and operations teams for project execution; monitor market trends; and manage CRM records and account collections.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of marine systems and heat exchange equipment.
Proven track record in B2B marine or industrial sales.
Ability to conduct technical and commercial discussions to recommend optimal customer solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
