About the Role
Match Agency is seeking a Sales Manager to develop partner relationships, onboard affiliates, support advertising campaigns, and contribute to company projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Research online sources to identify potential partners.
- Onboard new affiliates and address their questions and objections.
- Develop the existing partner base and build strong relationships.
- Prepare and support advertising campaign launches.
- Participate in company and departmental projects.
Requirements
- HND or BSc.
- Strong initiative and work ethic.
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and grammatically correct messages.
- Ability to connect with and persuade people.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to stay in touch outside office hours when required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, sales, account management, online advertising, or client/partner communication is an advantage.
