Sales Manager – Middle East
Enclustra is an innovative, dynamic and growing company with headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, and offices worldwide. We develop a product portfolio of FPGA-based electronic modules and FPGA-optimized IP solutions for industrial customers and research organizations. In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.
To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new:
Sales Manager – Middle East
Responsibilities
Drive and manage Enclustra's sales activities in the Middle East, focusing on identifying new growth opportunities in emerging markets such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.
Build and maintain effective sales channels with local partners and key stakeholders under the guidance of the CRO.
Actively "hunt" for new customers and generate leads through various channels in collaboration with our marketing department.
Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our FPGA and SoM solutions.
Manage pricing and sales agreements.
Represent Enclustra at major regional trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
Requirements
Proven experience in international sales and business development specifically across the Middle East.
Native or fluent Arabic speaker is a must with an excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Degree in Engineering, ideally combined with a background in Business or Sales.
Experience in the FPGA/SoC/SoM industry or related high-tech electronics is a strong advantage.
Results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across the region as required.
