Sales Manager (MNC Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, equipment, and technical solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and quotation through negotiation, order closure, and delivery.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Work closely with Engineering, Application, Production, and Service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, budgets, and regular sales reports.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, automation, or engineering solutions.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong technical understanding with excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing key accounts and developing new markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Willing to travel regionally/internationally to meet customers and support business development.
