Sales Manager needed for F&B cafe business to lead sales and inventory management, including overseeing growing delivery sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by managing over-the-counter and delivery sales channels to achieve business targets
• Oversee inventory management to maintain stock accuracy and ensure availability for smooth operations
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to improve service quality and sales outcomes
• Manage daily operations working 5.5 days a week to support business continuity and customer satisfaction
• Apply leadership skills to guide the team in meeting sales and operational goals
• Use analytical skills to assess sales performance and inventory trends for informed decision-making
• Implement solution selling techniques to enhance customer engagement and increase sales
• Conduct financial planning and reporting to support business financial health and strategy
