Sales Manager, Mortgage

Primary Objective:

• Principally responsible for building and managing Direct Sales team to acquire new mortgage loans and to achieve the assigned business financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Mortgage Financial Target

• Managing & monitoring Mortgage Direct Sales team to drive productivity & to deliver assigned financial targets.

Business Strategy

• To achieve sales productivity of RM1.2m per sales staff per month.
• Increase referral contributio

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and management.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication & motivational skills.
• Intimate interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good knowledge in retail products & services.
