Summary: Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead storefront operations and build a high-performing sales team in the auto and truck parts industry. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Sales Manager owns hiring, staffing schedules, and performance accountability, while disseminating, tracking, and reporting the sales metrics that keep the store profitable. This leader coaches supervisors and customer service representatives toward clear goals, verifies attendance and upskilling, and champions a culture that is safe, clean, and helpful.
