2. Generate Leads, Participate in Tenders
   
3. Convert Leads to Business
   
4. Follow up and liaison to secure orders
   
5. Be alert to keep abreast of Market trends
   
6. Ensure that strong relationships with customers in the region are built by providing professional and reliable transportation & hiring services
   
7. Having Involvement / Experience in any large transportation movements
   
8. Good knowledge of Transportation equipments like Cranes, Trailers, Trucks and Over Dimensional / other Cargo.
   
9. Having good knowledge of local market and competitors
   
10. Having knowledge of Transportation documentation
    
11. Ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability of services through operational excellence
    
12. Build and develop the broker and supplier ecosystem in the region
    
13. Strengthen the data, processes and personnel for long term growth of the company in the region
    
14. Meet sales, profitability and other allied targets for the region
    
15. Follow up on payments
    

Requirements

• For Manager Min 06+ years experience in similar field. Purely Transportation field like supply of Trucks / Trailer / Heavy Cranes.
  
• Track record of generating sales for B2B FTL cargo transport services.
  
• Extensive network of customers, brokers and fleet owners built over time in the area you will be responsible for
  
• Ability to lead a team of sales and operations personnel
  
• Language capabilities: English, Hindi, and languages local to the region
  
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within their region and to Corporate Office in Vizag if not based there
  
• Team building experience - sales and operational staff will be under this role
  
• Technical skills enabling them to handle MS Office, ERP, emails, customer databases etc. for identifying prospects to approach
  
• Analytical skills to help with forecasting sales, identifying trends etc.
