Are you a high-energy automotive or powersports sales leader ready to head up a massive, fast-paced retail operation in Dorset? Based at our flagship supersite in Poole, you will lead a dynamic team, manage a massive used bike inventory, and drive retail volume across world-class motorcycle brands.

What is in it for you:
Salary: £45,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000 – £70,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Saturdays required with a weekday off in lieu.

What you will be doing:
- Leading a fast-paced, high-volume operation budgeted to deliver 450+ new units and 600+ used units annually
- Managing and sourcing inventory for a dynamic center
- Driving profit through add-on sales including Parts, Clothing, Accessories, GAP insurance, and extended warranties
- Executing dynamic sales processes, utilizing modern CRM and enquiry management tech to engage the local biking community
- Partnering with marketing to support major summertime events while providing engaging, supportive leadership for your team
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Christchurch, making it an easy commute from Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood, and Southampton.
