Sales Manager

You need to be very well connected at high levels within the IT organizations of enterprises and have a proven track record of success in security, networking or related IT products or services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify and close enterprise opportunities
- Engage with senior IT executives including at C-levels
- Deliver on-line and face-to-face presentations highlighting Proficio’s capabilities
- Effectively map Proficio’s solutions to meet prospects needs and challenges
- Drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers
- Manage a sales territory and document sales pipeline
- Negotiate client contracts
- Leverage technical and corporate resources
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5-10 years of progressive sales experience possessing strong account and relationship management skills
- Passionate and hard working
- Demonstrate a proven track record in selling IT or Cyber Security products or services
- Self-starter with the ability to develop strong relationships with senior executives
- Possess previous experience in executing and managing large contracts such as Master Services Consulting Agreements
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Advanced negotiation, communication, writing and organization skills
- Successful track record in achieving quota assignment
