Your Mission
Your mission is to guide and develop a team of Flooring Specialists who are confident, capable, and masters of our sales process. You’ll lead by example, coach in real time, and make sure every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression.
What You’ll Own
- Drive daily and weekly sales performance with hands-on coaching and planning
- Develop your team through feedback, role-play, and skill-building exercises
- Make sure our proven selling system is executed flawlessly at every appointment
- Lead engaging huddles and meetings that reinforce priorities and goals
- Conduct ride-alongs and appointment audits to strengthen skills on the spot
- Fast-track new-hire success with structured onboarding and training
Who You Are
- Proven leader in in-home or high-velocity sales environments
- Natural coach who motivates, inspires, and holds team members accountable
- Data-driven and comfortable using KPIs to make smart decisions
- Clear, confident communicator in one-on-one and group settings
