Sales Manager

Job Title: Medical Spa Sales Manager
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (W9 / 1099)
Base Pay: $3,000/month + commission (paid biweekly)
Schedule: Sunday + 3 additional days

Role Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for upselling and cross-selling spa services and retail products while maintaining a professional client experience. Minor management duties may be included, but this is a sales-driven role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and recommend services/packages

• Upsell and cross-sell spa treatments and retail products

• Track client interactions and sales performance

• Support team operations as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year sales or customer service experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasing personality and professional demeanor

• Interest or experience in skincare/wellness preferred
