What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the in-spa sales team to exceed monthly revenue goals

• Drive sales of treatments, skincare packages, and luxury retail products

• Conduct personalized client consultations, recommending the best services and packages

• Build lasting relationships with both new and returning clients

• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close

• Collaborate with spa management and marketing on promotions and campaigns

• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth

• Maintain expert knowledge of treatments, skincare lines, and products

Who You Are

• Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in luxury spa, med spa, aesthetics, or skincare

• Skilled in consultative selling and closing high-value sales

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Professional, polished, and client-focused

• Comfortable with CRM and digital sales tracking tools

• Passionate about wellness, skincare, and luxury service

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site

• Monday to Friday, with 3 weekends per month, including 1 Sunday
