Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Medical Spa
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (W9 / 1099)
Base Compensation: $3,000/month + commission
Schedule: Sunday required + 3 additional days

Role Overview:

Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling spa services and retail products while maintaining a professional client experience. Minor management duties may be included, but the position is primarily sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend spa services and retail products to clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Track and maintain client and sales records

• Collaborate with spa team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in sales or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasing personality and professional appearance

• Interest or experience in skincare/wellness preferred
