Sales Manager

Job Description:

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company and Changan brand objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Changan vehicles.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
Lead, coach, and motivate sales consultants to maximize individual and team performance.
Ensure sales team complies with company policies and sales processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and partners.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
At least 2–3 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
Experience managing sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Experience with automotive brands or dealership operations is highly preferred.
Good understanding of automotive market trends and customer behavior.
