Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor
PT Tekno Logika Utama was established in 2008. We sell software & hardware to the creative and content-creation industry.
A Gold Partner of Adobe, Autodesk and others, and we are recruiting new sales staff to grow with us.
We are currently looking for a sales supervisor/manager to be responsible for a sales department.
Responsibility
Planning, coordinating, monitoring daily activities sales person.
Recruiting, training, and guiding sales people.
Liaising with principals on sales plan, target and activities on weekly basis.
Skill & Qualifications
Active English speaking & writing is a must (interview will be conducted in English).
Having experiences in Sales Supervisor/Manager role min 2 years. Experiences in IT Business (Hardware or Software) will be preferable and advantageous.
Rational problem solving, creative, ability to motivate and coach sales people, detailed oriented
Strong leadership skill and ability to communicate clearly.
