Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Recruit, train and manage sales department staff with special attention to managing customer traffic via a CRM tool.
• Monitor customer demand and maintain an inventory that mirrors the demand.
• Develop department profitability and necessary productivity to achieve the required volume, levels of sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of cooperation with other department managers.
• Ability to respond to all personality types with professionalism i.e. focused, have discipline, embrace and commit to process.
