• Minimum 5 years of sales experience ideally within luxury hospitality or 5-star hotels.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and revenue-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and verbal.
• Additional foreign language is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyse sales data and prepare commercial reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel when required for sales missions and exhibitions.
• Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Works with Property Sales Leader (DBD) in identifying the top accounts of the hotel, determine account deployment structure, identify key buyers within each account, and coordinate efforts to drive demand and pull-through business from the accounts for the hotel.
- Ensures effective and efficient funnel management through available systems.
- Solicits new business from non-deployed small business accounts, reader boards, and leads sent through internal referral mechanisms.
- Solicits potential new accounts or business opportunities by leveraging business intelligence provided by Sales & Marketing Planning and Support or other third-party data sources to generate leads.
- Utilizes internal lead referral tools to solicit new business opportunities and contacts.
- Ensure Hotel has property lead generation program to identify new business.
- Re-solicits non-deployed realized opportunities, including turndowns, lost opportunities, and actualized business when appropriate.
- Drives customer satisfaction through daily interactions (e.g., solicitations, re-solicitations, account calls, site inspections, new business calls, face to face activities, etc.).
- Conducts customer facing sales activities on behalf of the hotels (e.g., lunch and learns, social hours, company of the month activities, local industry events, etc.).
- Conducts site inspections for customer accounts as appropriate.
- Utilizes negotiation skills and creative selling abilities to uncover new business.
- Serve as contact person for clients, vendors, and meeting, group or event planners and communicate with them by phone and e-mail to respond to questions and requests and optimize revenue & utilization of meeting and event space as well as Event Satisfaction.
- Activate local tactics for deployed accounts to pull-through local buyer needs. Communicate best practices for generating creative revenue opportunities.
- Tracks weekly activities and relationship to revenue and room night production.
- Adjusts to significant variation in daily workload through independent prioritization.
- Be responsible for all details for a perfect execution of an event or group by preparing all documentation and coordinate with all departments and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of the events.
- Deal with reservation requests, no-shows, changes, additional services and cancellations.
- Ensure the highest level of service by leading and executing the requirements of events, based on Hotel’s Standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.• Minimum 5 years of sales experience ideally within luxury hospitality or 5-star hotels.
