Sales Manager (Security)

Salary: $8k - $10k p.m. + AWS + Commission

The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: East-West
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and and they are looking for Sales Manager (Security) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value diversity, lifelong learning and individual development

Responsibilities:

• Drive prospecting, business development and sales of identity and biometric solutions across assigned accounts in Asia
• Act as the primary commercial interface for key accounts, managing sales activities, account coverage and administrative requirements
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, identifying opportunities to strengthen each account
• Collaborate with internal Business Units and cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed and appropriate resources
• Monitor project implementation and customer satisfaction, proactively managing issues and developing recovery or crisis management plans where necessary
• Provide market, competitor and industry insights internally, while working with third-party partners to develop technical and sales synergies and expand business opportunities
• Gather customer feedback and product requirements to support product evolution and roadmap development, while establishing effective follow-up processes to track customer actions and opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years in solution sales and large account management in government projects, ideally across biometrics, ID & passport, border management, law enforcement or digital transformation
