Sales Manager ( Semiconductor ) JN

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with foundries, IDMs, and OSAT customers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.

• Manage existing customer accounts while expanding revenue opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inspection and metrology solutions.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and quotations to negotiations, order follow-up, and post-sales support.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records, and prepare weekly sales reports.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

• Travel within the region for customer visits, training, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Several years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing; familiarity with inspection or metrology is an advantage.

• Experience in semiconductor inspection, metrology, process equipment, or capital equipment sales is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in B2B technical sales and business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.

• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia on short notice.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
