Sales Manager – Sheet Metal Fabrication

PSM is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing sheet metal fabrication business. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence in both domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and capable of communicating fluently in English with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in sheet metal fabrication markets
3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
4. Communicate effectively with international clients in English (spoken and written)
5. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
6. Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities
8. Participate in exhibitions, client visits, and business meetings
