Sales Manager - Siddipet
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Siddipet region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing a sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base in Siddipet.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and partners.
* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
* Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report on sales results.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales initiatives.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
* Manage sales budget and resources effectively.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
* Strong understanding of the Siddipet market and competitive landscape.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
