SALES MANAGER (SPARE PARTS) – 5 DAYS
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Parts Sales Division, driving revenue growth and profitability while strengthening customer relationships and inventory efficiency across the aftermarket parts business.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute sales and business plans to grow revenue, tracking performance and taking corrective action where needed
Lead initiatives to expand aftermarket parts sales alongside the wider team
Design marketing strategies to retain and acquire customers, strengthening market share in parts sales
Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Track new equipment service schedules to identify service-related parts sales opportunities
Manage global inventory levels and replenishment procedures to meet delivery commitments and minimize obsolescence
Requirements
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
8–10 years' proven experience in parts sales and inventory management, ideally within heavy industries, steel mills, or oil and gas
Background in automotive dealerships, heavy equipment, or distribution networks required
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability and strong negotiation skills
