About the Role
TeamAce Limited's client, a reputable organization in the frozen foods and beverages sector, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key retail and modern trade accounts, and execute sales strategies that strengthen market presence and profitability across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade, retail, and distribution partners
- Lead, coach, and monitor sales team performance
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management within Dairy, Beverage, FMCG, or Bottling industry
- Strong experience managing Modern Trade and Retail sales channels
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
