Sales Manager

We are looking for an accomplished sales professional for our client's Chennai location. You will open doors in a defined territory and be responsible for achieving revenue targets from the prospective customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through cold calling and outreach.
• Follow up with prospects and arrange demos and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of the products, industry competitors, and market trends and needs.
• Forecast, manage, and report on pipeline and sales activity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of software or services sales experience in the IT industry.
• Experience selling SaaS, compliance, HRMS, or payroll products and services is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to manage influential clients and C-level customers across corporates.
