Sales Manager
Role
Summary: The Senior Executive drives higher
conversion efficiency, manages complex enquiries, supports junior executives,
and contributes actively toward revenue growth and client retention.
Key
Responsibilities
- Handle key agents and priority
accounts.
- Drive conversion of large and
comparison files.
- Monitor enquiry sales
performance and improve hit ratio.
- Support achievement of team
revenue targets.
- Review costing accuracy before
client submission.
- Ensure pipeline health and
follow-up discipline across assigned accounts.
- Maintain advanced CRM hygiene
and reporting accuracy.
- Guide junior executives on
quoting, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Share learnings and best
practices within the team.
- Monitor competitor pricing
trends.
- Suggest improvements in
quotation strategy.
- Build long-term partnerships
with agents.
- Handle escalated client
concerns professionally.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Travel
& Tourism / Business Administration / Hospitality or equivalent.
· 3–5 years of experience in
travel sales or DMC environment.
· Proven record of sales
conversions and account handling.
· Strong negotiation and client
management skills.
