We are looking for a Sales Manager
Medical Company Empirica is a Ukrainian team that helps laboratories and healthcare institutions operate at the highest modern standards. We supply laboratory equipment and reagents from leading global manufacturers.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who wants to work not just with a product, but with a real impact on the quality of laboratory diagnostics in Ukraine.

This is a position where you:
guide clients from the first contact to long-term partnership;
work with real needs of laboratories;
influence service quality and client outcomes.

What you will do
manage client orders from initial request to final delivery;
prepare commercial proposals and related documentation;
work with CRM systems and maintain accurate data;
analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities;
develop client relationships and build long-term partnerships.

Who we are looking for
you are confident in communication and negotiations;
you are structured and detail-oriented;
you can work with information efficiently and learn quickly;
you are result-driven, not process-driven.
