Sales Manager Trainee - Base Salary + Full Benefits

Safe Haven Security is seeking experienced sales professionals who are ready to move beyond individual sales and step into management. Our 6–9-month Manager Academy Program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successfully graduating the program.

COMPENSATION:

· $12,000 plus monthly earning potential

· Base salary plus uncapped commissions

· Monthly performance bonuses

· Weekly pay

· W-2 employment

· Moving expenses available

· Yearly salary increases

REQUIREMENTS:

· We are looking for motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in Direct In–Home Sales

· Strong communication skills

· The ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

· Willingness to relocate upon graduation
