Sales Manager
Job Descriptions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and other business development channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets and contribute to the company's overall sales growth objectives.
- Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities across relevant customer segments and markets within APAC.
- Develop a strong understanding of prospective clients' business needs and challenges relating to regulatory compliance, AML, financial crime, and operational risk, and effectively position the company's solutions to address these requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline information in the CRM system, and provide reliable sales forecasts and progress updates.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback, and collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to support product development, market positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role. Experience in RegTech, FinTech, SaaS, Compliance, Risk Management, Payments, Banking, Digital Assets, or other technology-driven industries is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas, revenue targets, and new business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end B2B or enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closing.
- Experience selling technology, compliance, risk, or related solutions to financial institutions, fintech companies, payment service providers, digital asset businesses, or other regulated organisations is highly preferred.
- Experience developing business opportunities and managing client relationships across APAC markets is an advantage.
- Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and senior decision-makers.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to independently develop new business opportunities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
