The position also oversees operational excellence through the continuous review and improvement of processes and procedures, ensuring a seamless and client-focused environment. Serving as a critical link between sales, operations, and clients, the Sales Manager proactively addresses challenges, identifies opportunities, and supports the showroom’s ongoing success while maintaining the highest professional standards.
