SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, managing the sales team, and achieving company sales targets.

Job Description

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

* Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.

* Prepare quotations, sales proposals and follow up with customers.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

* Coordinate with operations, purchasing and management to ensure smooth fulfilment of orders.

* Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.

* Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

* Attend customer meetings, business networking events and trade fairs when required.

* Ensure proper follow-up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

* Train and guide sales staff to improve their performance.

Working Hours

Shift-based work schedule

* 6 days per week

* Shift hours will be arranged according to business requirements.

* Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled is required.

* Shift timings may vary depending on operational needs.

Job Requirements

* Minimum 7-8 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

* Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.

* Good leadership and team-management abilities.

* Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.

* Good computer skills and ability to prepare sales reports.

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
