The ideal candidate should have strong sales and leadership skills, be capable of managing a sales team, and drive branch revenue while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Achieve daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team. Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable products. Manage sales of men's wedding wear, including suits, sherwanis, Jodhpuri suits, and wedding outfits. Monitor daily sales performance and customer conversions. Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and cleanliness. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with management. Prepare daily sales reports and provide performance updates. Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and professional conduct. Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and excellent customer service. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or sales management is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets. Malayalam communication skills are essential. Basic Hindi communication skills are required. Knowledge of men's fashion and wedding wear is an advantage. Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
