Sales & Marketing Assistant (HR Industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support sales, marketing, and recruitment activities in the HR and manpower services industry. This role offers hands-on experience in client management, business development, and recruitment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales and business development activities to generate new business opportunities
• Identify and follow up with potential clients to understand their manpower and recruitment needs
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and build strong relationships
• Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales materials to facilitate client engagement
• Assist with marketing activities, including managing social media content and posting online job advertisements
• Promote the company’s recruitment and manpower services to target audiences
• Maintain and update client and candidate databases to ensure accurate records
• Coordinate recruitment processes by liaising with candidates, clients, and internal teams
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
• Perform other duties related to sales, marketing, recruitment, and HR as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields
• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, or Customer Service is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to interact confidently with different people and maintain a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
