Sales & Marketing Associate (Internship/Part-time)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our team in recruitment, business development, client management, and marketing activities. This role offers hands-on experience in engaging with clients and candidates, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Recruitment

• Assist in identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities through cold calling and online research.

• Contact clients to understand their hiring needs and introduce the company’s recruitment services.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update client and candidate databases.

• Support daily recruitment and business development activities.

Marketing

• Assist in creating social media content, job advertisements, and promotional materials.

• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness.

• Assist with market research and other marketing-related tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.

• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with clients and candidates.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and social media platforms is an advantage.

• Open to internship and part-time arrangements, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position for the right candidate.
