The Responsibilities\:
- Answer, qualify and assign incoming sales inquiries
- Assist with site tours
- Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Understand Resort amenities to provide accurate assessment of particular needs for clients
- Ensure marketing collateral is high-quality and up-to-date
- Support Revenue Management and Marketing in daily reporting
- Assist the marketing team with special projects
- Assist in the creation of presentation decks for leadership team
The Qualifications\:
- Experience as a sales or marketing coordinator- IN HOSPITALITY A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Demonstrates competency in working with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Project management
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
