Royal Organisation is looking for driven individuals who want a direct sales role where earnings depend on sales results. This position is 100% commission-based, with no fixed basic salary. Earnings vary according to performance.

You’ll represent clients through face-to-face campaigns across Singapore, with training and coaching to help you develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Approach potential customers at event sites and outdoor campaign locations.
• Present client products, services or causes clearly.
• Handle questions professionally and guide interested customers through sign-up.
• Work towards sales targets and take ownership of your improvement.
