Responsibilities

Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive membership growth, revenue generation and Member engagement.
Generate sales opportunities by promoting the Club's memberships, facilities, events and services to prospective Members, corporate clients and guests.
Manage membership enquiries and support membership acquisition and retention initiatives, including assisting with Club tours when required.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, Club events, partnerships and promotional activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Members, prospective Members, corporate clients and business partners.
Liaise with internal departments, external vendors and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Monitor sales and marketing activities, maintain records and databases and prepare reports as required.
Provide administrative support to the Membership Department and undertake other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, membership services or event management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong written communication and organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience in the hospitality, leisure, lifestyle or club industry will be an advantage
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and evenings when required to support Club events.
