Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales Operations

• Prepare, issue and manage quotations, ensuring pricing and terms are accurate

• Draft, review and manage sales agreements with the sales team

• Issue invoices and follow up on payments from clients promptly

• Maintain the CRM and sales pipeline, and prepare regular sales reports

• Coordinate with the China team and internal departments on orders and customer requests

• Research relevant events and trade shows, and support sales coordination before, during and after events

Marketing

• Plan and coordinate trade shows and exhibitions, including booth setup, materials, logistics and vendor arrangements

• Attend exhibitions to represent the company, engage visitors and collect leads for follow-up

• Manage the company's social media and LinkedIn page, including scheduling posts

• Create marketing materials such as social posts, brochures, product slides and booth displays

• Support email campaigns, website updates and webinars

• Track campaign and event results, and share updates with the team
