Job Description
Seeking a Japanese-speaking B2B Sales Executive for HR development consulting.
- Set up meetings with clients to hear about their issues related to Human Resource development
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Operation of training programs for existing clients (coordination between trainers and clients, support for training on the day of the training, and project management, etc.)
- Creation of training reports if required
- Coordination with various training instructors and HR consultants, etc.
Job Requirement
- Sales experience is preferred
- Sales and account management of human resource development consulting, training program development, and leadership development is preferred
- Project Management skill
- Ability to build trusting relationships with existing clients.
- Business level Japanese language skills to liaise with Japanese Speaking clients and the client's head office in Japan
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
- Good communication and problem solving skills to communicate/coordinate with various stakeholders such as HR, top management and their HQ in Japan
- Multi-tasker
- Willing to Travel to other SEA countries (Thailand) and Japan
