Seeking a Japanese-speaking B2B Sales Executive for HR development consulting.

Job Description:

• Set up meetings with clients to hear about their issues related to Human Resource development
• Prepare and present proposals to clients
• Operation of training programs for existing clients (coordination between trainers and clients, support for training on the day of the training, and project management, etc.)
• Creation of training reports if required
• Coordination with various training instructors and HR consultants, etc.

Requirements:

• Sales experience is preferred
• Sales and account management of human resource development consulting, training program development, and leadership development is preferred
• Project Management skill
• Ability to build trusting relationships with existing clients.
• Understanding of Japanese corporate culture and work procedures.
• Business level Japanese language skills to liaise with Japanese Speaking clients and the client's head office in Japan
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
• Good communication and problem solving skills to communicate/coordinate with various stakeholders such as HR, top management and their HQ in Japan
• Multi-tasker
• Willing to Travel to other SEA countries (Thailand) and Japan
