The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities. Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Manage sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth business operations. Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments. Requirements & Skills Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
