Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are a growing engineering company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly motivated female graduate (B.Com or BBA) to join our core commercial team. This role sits at the intersection of technical understanding and business commerce. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, reviewing technical/commercial requirements, and executing flawless tender submissions.

1. Tender Management: Actively track, identify, and review government and corporate tenders on various e-procurement portals (including the GeM portal).
2. Bid Preparation: Read through Request for Proposals (RFPs), compile required legal/financial documents, and prepare accurate quotation sheets.
3. Sales Coordination: Follow up with corporate clients, clarify technical specs with internal engineering teams, and manage client communications via phone and email.
4. Data & CRM Management: Maintain organized databases of submitted bids, active client leads, and pricing templates using MS Excel/ ZOHO Portal

Education: Recent female graduates with a B.Com (strong commercial/financial logic) or BBA (strong technical/analytical framework) degree.
Location: Candidates residing in or near Kalyan Nagar, Banaswadi, Hennur, Kasturi Nagar, or Horamavu are highly preferred due to commute convenience.
Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data formatting) and Word.
Sharp attention to detail.
Traits: High energy, quick learner, and comfortable working in a structured corporate office.
