This role plays a critical part in achieving revenue targets, strengthening market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management and technical expertise. ## Responsibilities - **B2B Account Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the food industry, including segments such as snacks, bakery, seasoning, confectionery, and nutraceuticals. - **Sales Target Execution:** Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve 100% of monthly and annual revenue targets. - **Technical Knowledge Maintenance:** Stay updated on food safety standards and certifications, including ISO, FSSC 22000, FSSAI, Halal, and Kosher, to ensure compliance and credibility. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams such as R&D, logistics, and finance to streamline order processing, delivery, and customer support. - **Negotiation & Contract Management:** Lead high-level B2B commercial negotiations and establish long-term institutional agreements. - **Lead Generation & Market Analysis:** Prospect new clients, identify emerging market trends, analyze competitor pricing and product benchmarks, and secure high-value contracts. ## Qualifications - **Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field. - **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of food ingredients, flavors, seasonings, and industrial food processing. - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B technical field sales experience in the food ingredients sector. - **Certifications:** Familiarity with food safety standards and certifications such as ISO, FSSC 22000, FSSAI, Halal, and Kosher. - **Soft Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. ## Preferred Skills - Experience in spray-dried food ingredients or related food processing technologies. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. ## Experience - At least **3 years** of relevant B2B sales experience in the food ingredients or related industry. - Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities. ## Environment - The role is based in **NCR/Gaziabad** with a combination of in-office and field visits. - The work environment involves regular interaction with clients, internal teams, and participation in industry events. - The role may require travel within the region to meet clients and explore new markets. ## Salary *Not specified; competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.* ## GrowthOpportunities *Potential career advancement into senior sales management, regional leadership, or specialized technical roles within the company.* ## Benefits *Not specified; typically includes standard industry benefits such as health insurance, paid leave, and professional development opportunities.*
